About Our Diabetes Center of Excellence
Republic Bank Foundation Optimal Aging Clinic at the University of Louisville Trager Institute is working to become a Diabetes Center of Excellence. This means we will offer the highest quality, interdisciplinary care to our patients with diabetes based on the evidence-based standards set by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Join us for our Diabetes Management Series to learn more about how we can help.
Currently, the main offering at our Diabetes Center of Excellence is our monthly Diabetes Management Series.
