Clinical Retreat for Interdisciplinary Training (CRIT)

The Clinical Retreat for Interdisciplinary Training (CRIT) Program is a single-day immersive experience that increases the knowledge and leadership skills of professionals serving older adults. CRIT is an invitation-only event that kicks off the Optimal Aging Conference weekend.

CRIT reinforces the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration in caring for older adults. As such, this program is interdisciplinary in both content and attendees. CRIT provides the opportunity for Chief Residents, Program Directors, social work students, nursing students, chaplain residents, community workers, patients, and pharmacy residents to participate in interdisciplinary collaboration.
