About the Optimal Aging Conference

This multi-day virtual conference is THE PREMIERE aging conference that unites healthcare and social service professionals, industry members, academics, older adults, and caregivers who view aging as an opportunity. Hear from leaders in the aging field, physicians, researchers, entrepreneurs, holistic practitioners, and many more, as they share stories and ideas on how to inspire, innovate, impact, investigate, and integrate the aging experience. With outstanding keynote speakers, continuing education and networking opportunities, a resource-rich exhibit hall, and over 30 presentations, this conference is not to be missed.

Call for Presentations

This interdisciplinary conference invites presentations on academic research, practice applications, product innovations, personal testimonies, and more. We accept 60-minute presentations and posters across five tracks. All presentation proposals will be peer-reviewed for acceptance into the conference program. The deadline for proposal submissions is December 2, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST. Contact Erica Osborne with questions: [email protected].  

Clinical Retreat for Interdisciplinary Training (CRIT)

The invite-only Clinical Retreat for Interdisciplinary Training (CRIT) will kick-off the conference weekend on April 15, 2023. The CRIT program is a single-day immersive experience that increases the knowledge and leadership skills of professionals serving older adults. If you have been invited to attend CRIT, you will receive further instructions on how to register for CRIT and the Optimal Aging Conference.

Whether you are able to attend both days of the conference or only one, pricing is adjusted to meet you where you're at. Discounts apply for students and our guests who are 65+. 

Full Conference: Monday, April 17 & Tuesday, April 18
Full Registration: $150
Senior Citizen (65+): $50
Student/Medical Resident: $50 (Students may volunteer for free admission. Contact [email protected] for more information.)
